     Phineas was born in 1730.¹ He was the son of Capt. James Leland and Hannah Learned. Phineas died in 1773 at Grafton, Massachusetts.¹

     Prudence died in 1732 at Grafton, Massachusetts.¹ Prudence was born in 1732.¹ She was the daughter of Capt. James Leland and Hannah Learned.

      Benoni, probably so named because he was born on the day of his father's death or within a day or two of the event. "The excellent Deacon Benoni Learned," says Rev. Mr. Morse, "served Sherborn as treasurer, selectman, representative in the general court, and for a long period in his early history his name was conspicuous, and it is evident that he was a man of sound and sonsistent piety. He was early in Sherborn and resided where the late Dr. Wythe resided. He was one of the signers to petition for the settlement of difficulties in regard to the meeting house, to enable the people to settle Mr. Daniel Gookin, Oct. 13, 1680.

     Mary was born on 27 October 1662.¹ She married Benoni Learned on 18 June 1680 at Sherborn, Massachusetts.^2,3 Mary died on 14 October 1688 at age 25.¹

      Edward evidently came to New England with Dorothy (his mother), but whether his father also came or not can not be known from present data. He was propr. about 1656; captain of militia. He sold to John Hoare 4 March 1671 all his right and title to an estate in "Castell Bromwich" (castle Bromwich) in the co. of Warrwick, Eng., which fell to him as only son and heir of Francis Wright of same place. which was given to Francis 27 June, 10 James, on his marriage to Mary, dau. of John Wiggins. of Aldredge, co. Stafford, by his father Edward Wright of Castelli Bromwich, whose heir apparent he was. He refers to having been in England a year before the date of this sale. He rec'd in part payment a house in Concord, of which John and Alice Hoar made full deed 1 Aug 1682.

     Hannah was born.¹ She was the daughter of Steven Upson and Elizabeth NN----. She married Edward Wright on 18 June 1659 at Sudbury, Massachusetts.^2,3 Hannah died circa 1681 at Sudbury, Massachusetts.

     Hannah was born on 10 January 1660/61 at Sudbury, Massachusetts.¹ She was the daughter of Edward Wright and Hannah Upson.

     Dorothy was born on 20 October 1662 at Sudbury, Massachusetts.¹ She was the daughter of Edward Wright and Hannah Upson.

     Mary was born on 2 January 1666/67 at Sudbury, Massachusetts.¹ She was the daughter of Edward Wright and Hannah Upson.

     Elizabeth was born on 6 March 1668/69 at Sudbury, Massachusetts.¹ She was the daughter of Edward Wright and Hannah Upson.

      Probably came with his father to this country when about seven or eight years old. He probably wen with his father, when about seventeen or eighteen years old, from Charlestown to Woburn. April 2, 1652 he sold his house and lands in Woburn to Bartholomew Pierson, of Watertown, and removed to chelmsford. His inventory, dated Dec. 7, 1657, amounted to 187lbs. Isaac was born on 25 February 1623/24 at prob. in Bermondsey, co. Surrey, England.¹ He was the son of William Learned and Gooditha Gilman. He married Mary Stearns on 9 July 1646 at Woburn, Massachusetts.^2,3 Isaac Learned was present at Benoni Learned's christening on 17 October 1657 at Chelmsford, Middlesex, Massachusetts.⁴ Isaac died on 27 November 1657 at Chelmsford, Middlesex, Massachusetts, at age 33.¹

     Mary was born before 6 January 1626/1627 (c at Nayland, countySuffolk, England. She was christened on 6 January 1627 at Nayland, countySuffolk, England.² She was the daughter of Isaac Stearns and Mary Barker. She married Isaac Learned on 9 July 1646 at Woburn, Massachusetts.^3,4 Mary Stearns was present at Benoni Learned's christening on 17 October 1657 at Chelmsford, Middlesex, Massachusetts.⁵ Mary died in 1663 at Chelmsford, Middlesex, Massachusetts.
